Studio Grizzly is a creative studio operated by Henry Thornton, trading as a sole trader based in the UK. Studio Grizzly works with business owners on brand strategy and connects clients with a handpicked network of freelance creatives.

Our Services
Studio Grizzly offers tiered brand and marketing audits (Creative Direction Report, Brand Audit, and Full Brand & Marketing Audit and Strategy), followed by optional introductions to freelance creatives from our network to carry out any recommended work.
Studio Grizzly acts as a trusted intermediary between clients and freelancers. We personally vet freelancers in our network, but each freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee of Studio Grizzly.
Project scope, fees, deposits, timelines, and payment terms for any paid engagement are set out in a separate signed agreement between Studio Grizzly and the client, not in these Terms & Conditions. Where the two documents conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence for that project.
Use of This Website
This website and its content (including text, images, logos, and design) are the property of Studio Grizzly unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
Liability
Studio Grizzly provides brand strategy and creative advice in good faith. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales increases) resulting from following our recommendations.
Studio Grizzly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from advice given in a free consultation. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Where Studio Grizzly introduces a client to a freelancer for execution work, that work is carried out under a separate agreement between the parties involved, and Studio Grizzly's liability for that work is limited as set out in that agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
